Year 2

Our teachers in Year 2 are Mrs Brady and Mrs Del Barrio and our teaching assistant is Mrs Glynn.  All of the adults make our classroom a safe and fun place to learn and build friendships. 

In year 2, we focus on building upon the foundations of year 1 while also introducing new concepts.

Our teachers are Mrs Brady who works Monday to Wednesday and Mrs del Barrio who works Wednesday to Friday. Our teaching Assistant is Mrs Glynn.

We are encouraged to give our best while having fun! Our classroom is a safe and supportive place where everybody is encouraged to participate. We are building our strength of teamwork and friendship. 

Every week, we get a book to take home and read. The more we read, the more dojos we get! We also get dojos from doing our home learning and spellings. They are sent home on Fridays and need to be returned the following Thursday. Spellings will be tested each Friday.

PE is on Tuesday/Thursday. Remember to have your PE kit in school. Every day, we also keep fit by walking our Daily Mile.
